SOLUTION

A/Q :- 5x = 150

=> x = 30

If x = 30,

Number of boys =

7x = 7 × 30 = 210 boys.

TOTAL STUDENTS

= Number of boys + Number of girls

= 210 + 150

= 360 students (Ans)

Or Total number of students is

= 5x + 7x = 12x

X = 30, 12x = 12 x 30 = 360 [ANS]
