For maximum frequency.. Take last line.. i. e, N2 = infinite for both lyman and balmer.. And n1 for lyman is 1.. N1 for balmer is 2..then solve.. U will get the answer..

(1/wavelength)=91.2
maximum frequency of balmar series
(1/wavelength)=364.5
ratio=frequency of lyman/freq of balmar
ratio=0.25
