oxygen and acetylene flames are used for welding purpose but their ratio depends on type of you are going to do but for neutral and normal flame the ratio of. 1:1 will be enough.
But the pressure of these gases are also important for this purpose.
 The cost of acetylene is high as compared to other fuel gases that can be used for welding . But by combining with oxygen it gives highest temperature of 3200 to 3500 degree celsius as compared to other commonly used fuel gases.
