Let present age of Channdrika be 4x.
Let present age of Gomti be 5x.

Channdrika 's age after 4 yrs = 4x + 4
Gomti' s age after 4 yrs = 5x + 4

=>According to the Question.

(4x + 4) + ( 5x + 4 ) = 80
4x + 4 + 5x + 4 = 80
4x + 4x = 80 - 4 - 4
8x = 72
x = 72 /8
x = 9

Channdrika 's age
= 4x
= 4 × 9
= 36
Gomti' s age
= 5x
= 5 × 9
= 45
