∴  $\frac{6 l^{2} }{6 x^{2} }$=4:9
l/x=2/3 
Volume of the cube is given by $l^{3}$
∴Ratio of the volume of the two cubes is $\frac{ l^{3} }{ x^{3} }$
=8/27
