Let say students are
Biotechnology = 700S
Microbiology = 500S
Pharmacy = 800S
Proposal to increase the student intake by 50%, 40% and 75% respectively.
Biotechnology = 700S + (50/100)700S = 1050S
Microbiology = 500S + (40/100)500S =700S
Pharmacy = 800S + (75/100)800S = 1400S
New ratio = 1050S : 700S : 1400S
= 105 : 70 : 140
= 15 : 10 : 20
