let \: the \: two \: sides \: be \: 2x \: and \: 3x \:  \\ perimeter = 120cm \\in \: parallelogram \: the \\  \: opposite \: sides \: are \: congruent \:  \\  2x + 2x + 3x  + 3x = 120 \\ 10x = 120 \\ x =  \frac{120}{10}  \\ x = 12 \\ so \\ 2x = 24cm \\ 3x = 36cm

Therefore, sides are 24cm,36cm,24cm and 36cm.
