Ratio of two adjacent sides of a Parallelogram is 5:3 and its perimeter is 256 cm find the length of each side

Let the two adjacent sides are 5x and 3x

According to the question,

Perimeter of the parallelogram =256cm

=>2(5x+3x)=256

=>5x+3x=256/2

=>8x=128

=>x=128/8

=>x=16cm

Hence,5x=5*16=80cm

3x=3*16=48cm
