we know that speed of the radio signals is 3×10^8 m/s because it is a electro magnetic wave
speed = V = 3×10^8 m/s
time = t = 1.27 sec
distance = d = ?

V = d/t

V×t = d

3×10^8×127×10^-2 = d

381×10^8-2 = d

381×10^6 m = d

so the distance between moon and Earth is 381×10^6 metre
