The divisional property. This is because take an example.

Let two rational numbers be

 \frac{1}{2}  and \frac{3}{4}

So if we divide

 \frac{1}{2}  \div  \frac{3}{4}  \\  =   \frac{2}{3}

Now interchanging,

 \frac{3}{4} \div  \frac{1}{2}  \\  =  \frac{3}{2}

Which are not matching....

Therefore we cannot apply the property of division.
