now write
-13, -14, -15, -16, -17 are 5 R.N. between -3 and -2

Multiply the denominators with 10
-3/1*10/10 & -2/1*10/10
-30/10 and - 20/10
=-21/10; 22/10 ; 23/10; 24/10 ; 25/10 ;26/10; 27/10 ; 28/10 ;29/10.
