(8/3 + 4/7) ÷ [(-3/7)(14/9)]

=(56+12)/21 ÷ (-2/3)
=68/21*(-3/2)
after cancellation
=-34/7

the sum is as follows:
= 8/3 +4/7
=56/12 +12/21
=68/21

  the product is as follows:
= -3/7 X 14/9
= -2/3
Now, dividing the sum of 8/3 & 4/7 by the product of -3/7 & 14/9 , we get:
=68/21 ÷ ( -2/3)
=68 / 21  X (-3/2)
= -34/7
