bonjour dear!

Rational numbers that lies between 3/7 and 2/3 are infinitive(many)

here i will help you to find 5 rational number the rest you do by yourself and check wheather you will able to find it

step 1

take both rational numbers that is 3/7 and 2/3

step 2

make their denominators same though if their denominators are same in the question you should not do this step directly do other steps but here the denominators are different so what we should do is that make denominators same by taking the lcm(least common multiple) of the denominators

3/7 and 2/3

lcm = 21

3*3/7*3 and 2*7/3*7

= 9/21 and 14/21

step 3

we make the denominators same the next step is to find the rational numbers before that you should check whether we can find the required rational numbers from this number so here i want 5 rational numbers 9 and 14 count how many numbers are there between them yup, 4 rational numbers.

so we don't get enough rational numbers between

but we have a easiest trick for this

trick

multiply both numerator and denominator by 10 or 100 or 1000

9*10/21*10 and 14*10/21*10

90/210 and 140/210

now its pretty easy to find

At last, write like this,

the five rational numbers between 3/7 and 2/3 are 91/210,92/210,93/210,94/210,95/210

hope this helps

keep smiling

:)
