Heya there !!!
To A rational number between -1/3 and -2/5
( -  \frac{1}{3}  +  ( - \frac{2}{5} )) \div 2 \\  \\  = ( -  \frac{1}{3}  -  \frac{2}{5} ) \times  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{ - 1 \times 5 - 2 \times 3}{15}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\ =  \frac{ - 5 - 6}{15}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\  =  -  \frac{11}{15}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\  =  -  \frac{11}{30}

Hope this helps!!!
