To do it you first need to multiply the numerator and denominator of both the fractions with any number, say 10.
Now- 3*10/7*10 = 30/70
5*10/7*10 = 50/70
Now we have the rational numbers between 3/7 and 5/7 ranging from 31/70 to 49/70. You could write any number between 31/70 and 49 / 70
Eg. 35/70, 44/70, 39/70, 41/70 , 32/70 and so on...
