we have

 \sqrt{2}  +   \sqrt{3}   \div  \sqrt{5}  -  \sqrt{3}

now

 \sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{3}  =  \sqrt{5}

now

 \sqrt{5}  \div  \sqrt{5}  = 0

now we are left with

 \sqrt{3}

so,

 \sqrt{3}  = 9
