\frac{\sqrt{7} }{2+\sqrt{3} } × \frac{2-\sqrt{3} }{2-\sqrt{3} }

= \frac{2\sqrt{7}-\sqrt{21}  }{4-2\sqrt{3}+2\sqrt{3}-3  }

= \frac{2\sqrt{7}-\sqrt{21}  }{ 1 }

= 2\sqrt{7} - \sqrt{21}
