Solution :

= \frac{1}{1 - \sqrt{3} } \times \frac{1 + \sqrt{3} }{1 + \sqrt{3} }

 = \frac{1(1 + \sqrt{3)} }{( {1 )}^{2} + (\sqrt{3) {}^{2} } }

 = \frac{1 + \sqrt{3} }{1 - 3}

 = \frac{1 + \sqrt{3} }{2}
