 \frac{3}{4 +  \sqrt{3} }  \\  \\  \\  =  \frac{3}{4 +  \sqrt{3} }  \times  \frac{4 -  \sqrt{3} }{4 -  \sqrt{3} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{3 \times 4 - 3 \times  \sqrt{3} }{ {(4)}^{2} -  {( \sqrt{ {3)} } }^{2}  }   \\  \\  =   \frac{12 - 3 \sqrt{3} }{16 - 3}  \\  \\  =  \frac{12 - 3 \sqrt{3} }{13}
