★find:-

  • given quantity value

solution:-

 \implies \:   \frac{2}{7 -  \sqrt{2} }  \\

multiple numerator and denominator 7+2

 \implies \:  \frac{2(7 +  \sqrt{2}) }{(7 -  \sqrt{2}) (7 +  \sqrt{2} )}  \\  \\  \implies \:  \frac{14 +2 \sqrt{2}  }{7 {}^{2} -  (\sqrt{2}) {}^{2}   } \\  \\  \implies \:  \frac{14 + 2 \sqrt{2} }{49 - 2}   \\  \\  \implies \:  \frac{14 + 2 \sqrt{2} }{47}

used properties

  • (a+b) (a-b)=a^2-b^2
