Rationalizing the denominator or Simple, Rationalizing a fraction means that --> The Denominator mustn't hold any Irrational Term..

Hence,

--> 
 \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3}}  =  \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3}} *  \frac{\sqrt{3}}{\sqrt{3}} =  \frac{2\sqrt{3}}{3}

Hence, the rationalized form is -->  \frac{2 \sqrt{3} }{3}
