Rationalisation means multiplying a function by such a function so that the result have same value as before but with low number of irrational numbers

Here you can multiply the given term by (√8)/(√8)

So the resultant answer will be having same value with rationalised denominator

You will get (2 √3)/√8 x (√8)/(√8)

When multiplied ,you will get (2 √3 √8)/8

And on simplifying this ,you will get √6/2
Or

√24/ 4

Hope it helped you ,please thank the answer
