here is your answer

 =  \frac{3 +  \sqrt{2} }{4 \sqrt{2} }  \\  =  \frac{3 +  \sqrt{2} }{4 \sqrt{2} }  \times  - 4 \sqrt{2}  \\  =   \frac{ - 12 \sqrt{2} - 8 }{ - 32}
