Hi friend!!

given \: \frac{5 + \sqrt{3} }{7 + 4 \sqrt{3} }

Multiplying and dividing with 7-4√3 we get,

 = \frac{(5 + \sqrt{3})(7 - 4 \sqrt{3)} }{49 - 48}

=(5+√3)(7-4√3)

=35-20√3+7√3-12

=23-13√3

I hope this will help u ;)

5 + root 3/ 7+ 4 root 3

5 + root 3   × 7-4 root 3
----------     -----------
7 + 4root 3     7 - 4 root 3

35 + 7 root 3 - 20 root 3 -12
-----------------------------
  49-48

23 - 20 root 3 is the answer
