Answer :-

Multiply  \sf{7-{\sqrt{3}}} in both numerator and denominator .

 \sf{={\dfrac{1×(7-{\sqrt{3}})}{(7+{\sqrt{3}})(7-{\sqrt{3}})}}}

 \sf{={\dfrac{1×(7-{\sqrt{3})}}{7^2-({\sqrt{3})^2}}}}

 \sf{={\dfrac{7-{\sqrt{3}}}{46}}}
