Rationalization:-

\sf\implies \frac{1}{\sqrt{3}+2}

we rationalize this by their denominator and it's denominator is

\sf \sqrt{3}+2

Then :-

\underline{\underline{\red{\sf{According\:to\: question:-}}}}

\sf\longrightarrow \frac{1}{\sqrt{3}+2}\times \frac{\sqrt{3}-2}{\sqrt{3}-2}\\ \\ \sf\longrightarrow \frac{\sqrt{3}-2}{(\sqrt{3}){}^{2}-(2){}^{2}}\\ \\ \sf\longrightarrow \frac{\sqrt{3}-2}{3-2}\\ \\ \sf\longrightarrow \frac{\sqrt{3}-2}{1}\\ \\ \sf\implies  \sqrt{3}-2
