 \frac{3 +  \sqrt{2} }{4 \sqrt{2} }  =  \frac{3 +  \sqrt{2} }{4 \sqrt{2} }  \times  \frac{4 \sqrt{2} }{4 \sqrt{2} }  =  \frac{12 \sqrt{2 }  + 8}{32}
