 \frac{18}{4 -  \sqrt{7} }  \times  \frac{4 +  \sqrt{7} }{4 +  \sqrt{7} }  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{18(4 +  \sqrt{7} )}{ {4}^{2}  -  { \sqrt{7} }^{2} }

 =  >  \frac{72 + 8 \sqrt{7} }{16 - 7}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{72 + 18 \sqrt{7} }{9}  = 8 + 2 \sqrt{7}
