 =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{5} }  \times  \frac{ \sqrt{3}  -  \sqrt{5} }{ \sqrt{3}  -  \sqrt{5} }

 =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} -  \sqrt{5}  }{ (\sqrt{3 } ) {}^{2}  - ( \sqrt{5}) {}^{2}  }

  = \frac{ \sqrt{3}  -  \sqrt{5} }{3 - 5}

 =  \frac{ \sqrt{3}  -  \sqrt{5} }{ - 2}

 =  \frac{ \sqrt{5} -  \sqrt{3}  }{  2}
