Rationalise the denominator

 \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{2} - 1 }
Evaluate :-

 \frac{4 -  \sqrt{5} }{4 +  \sqrt{5} }  +  \frac{4 +  \sqrt{5} }{4 -  \sqrt{5} }
