THE ANSWER IS HERE,

 = > \: \frac{1}{7 + 3 \sqrt{2} }

 = > \: \frac{1}{7 + 3 \sqrt{2} } \times \frac{7 - 3 \sqrt{2} }{7 - 3 \sqrt{2} }

 = > \frac{7 - 3 \sqrt{2} }{49 - 18}

 = > \: \frac{7 - 3 \sqrt{2} }{31}
