⟹ \frac{2 -  \sqrt{5} }{2 +  \sqrt{5} }  \times  \frac{2 -  \sqrt{5} }{2 -  \sqrt{5} }

⟹  \frac{( {2 -  \sqrt{5} )}^{2} }{ ({2})^{2} -   {( \sqrt{5}) }^{2}  }

⟹ \frac{( {2})^{2}  +  {( \sqrt{5}) }^{2} - 2(2)( \sqrt{5} ) }{4 - 5}

⟹4 + 5 - 4 \sqrt{5}  = 9 - 4 \sqrt{5} ✓
