This is the solution. The trick is to multiple the denominator with the same number pattern, just change the signs, as I have done and solve by calculation for your answer.

5√3+√2/√3+√2×√3-√2/√3-√2

=(5√3+√2)(√3-√2)/3-2

=5×3-5√6+√6-2/3-2

=15-5√6+√6-2/3-2

=13-5√6+√6/1

=13-4√6.
