By Rationalization,

 \frac{2 -  \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{3} }  \times  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{3} }  \\  \\  \frac{ \sqrt{3}(2 -  \sqrt{3} ) }{ \sqrt{3}  \times  \sqrt{3} }  \\  \\  \frac{2 \sqrt{3}  - 3}{3}
