 \frac{ \sqrt{2} + 1 }{ \sqrt{2}  - 1}  \times  \frac{ \sqrt{2}  + 1}{ \sqrt{2}  + 1}  =   \frac{ { \sqrt{2} + 1 }^{2} }{ { \sqrt{2} }^{2}  -   {1}^{2}  }  =  \frac{5 + 2 \sqrt{2} }{1}  = 5 + 2 \sqrt{2}
