 \frac{ \sqrt{40} }{ \sqrt{3} }  =  \frac{2 \sqrt{10} }{ \sqrt{3} }  =  \frac{2 \sqrt{10} }{ \sqrt{3} }  \times  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{3} }  =  \frac{2 \sqrt{30} }{3}
