 Rationalising\: factor \:of \: denominator \:is \\\sqrt{2}

 =\frac{\sqrt{2}(3+\sqrt{2})}{\sqrt{2} \times 4\sqrt{2}}

 = \frac{3\sqrt{2} + 2}{8}
