Let speed of car, bus and truck are respectively 5x km/h , 2x km/h , 3x km/h

Sum of the speed of car, bus and truck

= 5x km/h + 2x km/h + 3x km/h

= 10x km/h

Average speed

$\displaystyle \sf{ = \frac{10x}{3} \: \: km/h}$

So by the given condition

$\displaystyle \sf{ \implies \frac{10x}{3} =60 }$

$\displaystyle \sf{ \implies x =60 \times \frac{3}{10} }$

$\displaystyle \sf{ \implies x = 18 }$

Hence the required average speed of car and truck
