Raunaq father was suffering from common cold and flu but he refusef to take antibiotics tablets.why?

As the two problems [common cold and flu ] are caused by VIRUS and not bacteria. And the antibiotics work against only bacteria and can't fightback against virus ,so the father refused to take antibiotics.
