Raveena divides a circular disc of radius 21 cm into two semicircular parts. Find the

☞ The perimeter of semi-circular disc is 66 cm .

Solution :-

We know that circumference of circle = 2πr

In this formula,

• 'r' is the radius of circle.
• The value of 'π' is 22/7 .

Since, The semi-circle means this is a half of circle

so,

Circumference of semi-circle = 2πr/2 = πr

Now, here

☯ r = radius = 21 cm.

Put the value in formula ,

circumference of semi-circle= πr

therefore,

→ π(21)

→ 22/7 × 21

→ 22 × 3

→ 66

Answer :- The perimeter of semi-circular disc is 66 cm .
