Ram swims 100m in 2 mins
So he swims 50 m in 1 min.
Speed=50m/min

Multiplying numerator and denominator by 60
( 60 × 50m)/(1min × 60)
3000m / 60 min
3km/hr is Ram's speed.

Heya mate,Here is ur answer

1 m = 1/1000 km

100 m =100/1000 km

100m = 1/10 km

1 min =1/60 hr

2 min =2/60 hr

2 min =1/30 hr

so, the question becomes Ravi t
can swim 1/10 km in 1/30 hr. Find his speed.

Speed = distance/time

 =  \frac{ \frac{1}{10} }{ \frac{1}{30} }

 =  \frac{30}{10}

 = 3 \: km \: per \: hr

So, speed of Ravi = 3 km/hr.
