Formula to know :-

$\sf\dfrac{Marks\:scored\:by\:Ravi}{Total\:marks}$ × 100 = Percentage

Solution :-

So,

Percentage of Ravi marks = $\sf \dfrac{Marks\:scored\:by\:Ravi}{Total\:marks}$ × 100

= $\sf\dfrac{45}{50}$×100

= $\sf{\dfrac{45}{\not{50}}\:\times\:\not{100}\tiny{2}\;=\;45\:\times\:2\;=\;90}$

= 45 × 2

= 90%

So, percent of the marks is obtained by him is 90%
