Number of chocolates left with him

➤ Solution :-

$\longmapsto \bf \:40 - \frac{5}{8}$

$\bf \longmapsto \frac{40}{1} - \frac{5}{8}$

LCM of 1 and 8 is 8.

$\bf = \frac{40}{1} \times \frac{8}{8} - \frac{5}{8}$

$\bf \: = \frac{320}{8} - \frac{5}{8}$

$\bf \: = \frac{315}{8}$

$\therefore \bf \frac{315}{8}$ part of chocolates are left with him.
