Answer:

Distance covered = 11 km = 11000m

No. of revolutions = 5000

Circumference of the wheel , C=

 = > \frac{11000}{5000} = \frac{11}{5} = 2.2m

 = > c = 2\pi \:r \\ = > 2.2 = 2 \times \pi \times r \\ = > r = \frac{2.2}{2 \times \frac{22}{7} } \\ = > r = \frac{2.2 \times 7}{2 \times 22} = \frac{1.1 \times 7}{2 \times 11} = \frac{0.1 \times 7}{2 \times 1} = \frac{0.7}{2} = 0.35m = 35cm

Hence, the diameter of wheel = 2r = 2 × r = 2 × 35 cm = 70cm = 0.7 m

Hope this answer helps you ^_^ !
