Ravi has built a cubical tank with lid and each other edge is 2.5m long . The outer surface of tank excluding the base is covered with square tiles of side 25cm long . Find the number of tiles required.

area of one side of cubical tank =(250×250)cm^2=62500cm
area of all side of cubical tank = 625×6=375000cm^2
area if one tite= (25×25)cm^2=625cm^2
Now number of tiles =375000cm^2÷625cm^2=600
