Ravi has one pound of $50 apples, where as Kiran has half pound of $25 apple. 

Whose quality is greater.?

here's the answer....

Kiran's apple = 1/2 pound of $25

Ravi's apple = 1 pound of $50 apples

So , it means Ravi has more Apples than Kiran.

But the quality is same because... In one pound there is 50 apples and 25 apples in half pounds...
