Ravi is a heavy smoker. He has 27 cigarettes. He smokes two thirds of every cigarette and stubs them out. He realizes that with some cello tape he can construct a new cigarette with every 3 stubs. How many cigarettes can Ravi smoke?

Ravi can smoke 36 cigarettes. 27+9(from stub ones)=36

9 cigarettes he can smoke as 1/3of every part was remaining and 27 cigrattes means 27 parts so 1/3*27=9 cigarettes he can smoke.
