Tuberculosis  would cause  more  damage. It is  especially  common  among  poor  people  living in  unclean  surroundings . It  affects  our  lungs where  small  tubercles  are  formed.  And  If  not referred  to  a  good  physician  then  it  may  prove  fatal. Hence tb  would  cause  more damage than  typhoid
