Answer:

Rs 900

Step-by-step explanation:

Since Ravi loses  20 % of his money.

Let the initial amount he is having be Rs 100.

After spending 25 % of the remainder he has Rs 540 left.

Since Ravi losses 20 %  which is Rs 20 and he still haves Rs 80.

Now he spends 25 % of his remainder Rs 80.

This means that 75 % of Rs 80 , he still have with him , and it equals to Rs 540

∴ 75 % is Rs 540

So, 100 % will be Rs \frac{540}{75}  \times 100 = Rs 720

Now, Rs 720 is the 80 % of the total amount of money he have.

∴ 80 % is Rs 720

than, 100 % is \frac{720}{80} \times 100 = Rs 900

He originally have Rs 900
