Naveen do work in one day = \frac{1}{10}

So total Ravi Manish and naveen will do work in one day =  \frac{1}{30} + \frac{1}{15} +  \frac{1}{10}

That is all three are working 2 days.

So Total two days work =  \frac{2}{30} + \frac{2}{15} +  \frac{2}{10} = \frac{24}{60}  work complied in two days.

After that Ravi left work and three day work manish and naveen

So three day work of manish and naveen = \frac{3}{15} +  \frac{3}{10} = \frac{30}{60}

So total work done till now = \frac{24}{60} + \frac{30}{60} = \frac{54}{60}

Remaining work = 1- \frac{54}{60} = \frac{6}{60} = \frac{1}{10}

This work can complete naveen only

Its one day naveen work.
